What to include
Not required, but every one of these makes our first reply more useful than a request for a meeting.
- What the product does, in a sentence
- What already exists — hardware, firmware, code, or nothing yet
- The constraint you are working against: a date, a cost, a certification
- Roughly how many units are in the field or planned
- Which part you would want us to own
Confidentiality
We sign an NDA before any detailed technical discussion, and we will send ours or review yours. If you would rather have it in place before the first message, say so and we will start there.
New projects
Reply from an engineer within one business day, with real questions rather than a calendar link.
Existing clients
Use your usual project channel for anything time‑sensitive; support requests raised there are tracked against your agreement.
