Privacy notice

What this website collects

This site does not run advertising trackers or behavioural profiling. The contact form does not submit anything to a server: it opens a message in your own email application, which you then choose to send or discard. Standard server logs may record request data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability purposes, and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Information you send us

When you email us we hold what you send — your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your project — so that we can reply and, if we work together, manage the engagement. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Confidential technical material

Material shared under a non‑disclosure agreement is handled under the terms of that agreement, which take precedence over this notice. Client project material is kept separate per client, accessible only to the engineers assigned to that engagement.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you have engaged us for, or where we are legally required to. Any supplier that processes information on our behalf is bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

Retention and removal

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records relating to engagements are kept as long as required for contractual, warranty and legal reasons. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — write to info@nescorp.in and we will act on it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version is published on this page. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated directly.
